Beta - Rho Organizational Chart

 

Chair positions are elected through a voting process by their peers. All candidates for a position give a brief speech and explain why they are the right man for the job. All other members then vote for one candidate for each chair, votes are tallied, and a winner is announced. Elections are held during December every year.
